Meet Stone Wealth Partners
Alex and Beau met while working as financial advisors at a regional bank based in Lafayette, LA. In 2016, they became co-owners of an investment advisory firm with a third partner. With the shared goal of creating a healthy environment for creativity and productivity as it relates to asset management, financial planning, and servicing of their clients, they formed Stone Wealth Partners in 2020. Alex and Beau share the mindset that trust is the single most important thing a financial client can earn. They continue to embrace the flexibility a boutique fee-based investment firm provides them as advisors.
ALEX HEBERT, PARTNER
A native of New Iberia, Louisiana, Alex Hebert is a graduate of Louisiana State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance. Before pursuing his career as a financial advisor and investment manager, Alex worked as a Senior Investment Advisor at a regional bank. Finding himself spending more time on investment research and market analysis than most advisors, in 2016, Alex drew upon his family background to start his investment firm in Lafayette. Initially, many of his clients were in the oil and gas industry, and he enjoyed helping to simplify the process for his clients to invest. Pursuing his dream to own an advisory service that stands out from others in the industry, he partnered with Beau Wiltz to form Stone Wealth Partners in 2020. When asked what his drive was, he said it was to improve his business continually. A believer in community, Alex volunteers at his local church and supports his alma mater's academic/athletic programs. In his spare time, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, Henry, Katherine and Emily and perfecting his golf game.
BEAU WILTZ, PARTNER
Born in Metairie, Louisiana, Walter "Beau" Wiltz graduated from Jesuit of New Orleans. He attended Louisiana State University, where he majored in Mathematics with a concentration in Actuarial Sciences. In 2012, Beau began his professional career in consumer lending. Furthering his career in finance, he joined a regional bank as a financial advisor and become more involved in individuals' financial success via wealth management. In 2016, Beau became an independent Registered Investment Advisor and started his own firm to serve his clients better. When asked what he loves about being co-owner of Stone Wealth Partners, he said he enjoys developing relationships with his clients and having a positive influence on their financial success. Establishing his home in the New Orleans area in 2019, he continues his passion as an auto enthusiast, an outdoor chef on the weekends, and a self-proclaimed Do-It-Yourself Expert.
